Three books of Sherlock Holmes adventures, in Nobuhara Ken's popular translation. The books included are Shārokku Hōmuzu no omoide (22nd printing, a translation of The memoirs of Sherlock Holmes), Shārokku Hōmuzu: saigo no aisatsu (18th printing, a translation of His last bow), and Shārokku Hōmuzu no eichi (18th printing, containing eight short stories - The Adventure of the Reigate Squire, The Adventure of the Norwood Builder, The Adventure of the Missing Three-Quarter, The Adventure of the Three Students, The Adventure of Shoscombe Old Place, The Adventure of the Retired Colourman, The Adventure of the Engineer's Thumb, and The Adventure of the Beryl Coronet). Each volume includes several pages of printed notes by the translator. Nobuhara Ken's translations remain some of the best-loved and definitive Japanese versions of the Sherlock Holmes adventures to this day.
