A two-volume compendium of woodblock-printed designs and patterns illustrated by the acclaimed graphic designer Tsuda Seifū (1880–1978) and produced by the famous design book publisher Unkindō. 

Two concertina-folding (orihon) volumes, complete. Original boards chipped and browned, those of first volume soiled, scraped, and with a few wormholes. Browning, occasional wormholes, and a few tears to gutters in v.1. Two small holes to one illustration in v.2. V.2 lacks colophon but includes one extra illustration not found in the digitised NDL copy. [20; 21] double-page spreads + [2] calligraphic double-page spreads. 25 x 18.2 cm.
