A courtesan adjusts her tortoiseshell hair ornaments in a pocket mirror, tissues tucked under her chin. This print seems to be from a different series than Eizan's similarly named Shoshoku Miuchi-zoroi and Fūryū Miuchi-zoroi print series. A little-known work by Eizan.
One vertical ōban woodblock print. Wear, browning, small marks, creases, light stains, and general soiling. Previous binding holes to left extremity. Washi paper repairs and mounting to verso. 37.5 x 25.7 cm.
